Affiliates of Arcline Investment Management completed the acquisition of AstroNova at $29 per share in an all-cash deal.

Outstanding common stock was acquired, giving shareholders the right to receive $29 in cash per share at closing.

Trading to end after delisting

AstroNova will stop trading and will be delisted from the Nasdaq.
