For the full year ended December 31, 2025, Arcos Dorados generated revenues of $4.7bn, up 4.7% in US dollar terms, and net income rose to $212.1m from $149.3m in 2024.

Systemwide comparable sales grew 16% in Q4 and 13% for the full year, roughly matching blended market inflation. Digital sales climbed 18.7% in the quarter, accounting for 62% of systemwide sales.

4. 2026 Expansion and CapEx Plan

The franchisee opened 48 restaurants in Q4, including 41 freestanding units, bringing 2025 total to 102 locations. It plans to open 105–115 restaurants in 2026 with estimated capital expenditure of $275m–$325m funded by operating cash flow.
