Arcturus posted a Q2 net loss of $23.8 million, widening from $9.2 million a year earlier; loss per share widened to $0.84 from $0.34.
Revenue fell to $3 million from $28.3 million, reflecting lower collaboration revenue as the CSL Seqirus agreement moved toward termination.
R&D expense dropped to $17.5 million from $29.6 million, while G&A expense rose to $11 million from $10.3 million.
Cash and cash equivalents declined to $191.5 million at June 30 from $230.9 million at Dec. 31.
