Ares GAAP net income falls to $150.6 million in Q2 FY26; after-tax realized income rises to $467.6 million

Ares posted GAAP net income attributable to shareholders of $150.6 million, or $0.49 a share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
After-tax realized income totaled $467.6 million, with after-tax realized income per share of $1.29; fee related earnings were $491.1 million.
Fundraising, pipeline and capital return
CEO Michael Arougheti cited record fundraising with more than $36 billion of inflows, citing strong and consistent fund performance.
CFO Jarrod Phillips said the firm has a record $170 billion of dry powder, citing a meaningful pickup in the firmwide investment pipeline.
Ares declared a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share, payable Sept. 30, 2026; it also declared a $0.84375 Series B preferred dividend.
