Arhaus reported net revenue of $1.379 billion in 2025, up 8.5% year-over-year, and gross margin grew 7% to $536 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 8.9% to $145 million while net income edged down 1.9% to $67 million and SG&A expenses rose 7.7% to $447 million.
2. Special Cash Dividend
The board approved a special cash dividend of $0.35 per Class A and Class B share, payable March 31, 2026 to shareholders of record on March 18. The company finished 2025 debt-free with $253 million in cash, up 28.3% year-over-year, supporting its capital allocation strategy.
3. Showroom Expansion
In 2025, Arhaus completed 13 showroom projects, including five new openings, seven relocations and one renovation, bringing its footprint to 107 locations across 31 states. In Q4, new showrooms opened in Pasadena, Bozeman, San Diego and Stafford, with one relocation in Edina, driving net unit growth of 3.9%.
