ARK Invest tokenizes ARK Venture Fund with Securitize platform
ARK Invest partnered with Securitize to tokenize the ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX) for eligible investors, with a launch planned on Ethereum.
1. Tokenized fund launch
The tokenized fund will use Securitize’s regulated issuance infrastructure and investor onboarding. The move puts ARK’s closed-end interval fund strategy onchain, expanding access to a portfolio of private and public disruptive-technology holdings; it builds on ARK’s strategic investment in Securitize announced in October 2025.
