Armlogi Launches AI Fulfillment Network Over 3.9M Sq Ft to Reduce Freight Costs

BTOCBTOC

Armlogi launched an AI-enabled Smart Fulfillment Network across its 10 warehouses totaling 3.9 million square feet to dynamically optimize order routing. The system evaluates real-time variables such as delivery addresses, negotiated carrier rates, inventory availability and facility throughput to lower average shipping zones per order and trim per-unit freight costs.

1. Smart Fulfillment Network Launch

Armlogi rolled out its AI-enabled Smart Fulfillment Network™, a proprietary system designed to dynamically optimize order routing across its multi-state warehouse network with the goal of reducing average shipping costs and improving delivery efficiency.

2. AI-Driven Optimization Variables

The system leverages artificial intelligence algorithms that analyze multiple real-time variables—including customer delivery addresses, carrier shipping zones, negotiated carrier rates, inventory availability and facility throughput capacity—to automatically select the optimal fulfillment node for each order.

3. Infrastructure Scale and Customer Base

As of March 4, 2026, Armlogi operates 10 warehouses totaling approximately 3.9 million square feet across California, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey and Georgia and serves over 600 active cross-border e-commerce merchants fulfilling U.S. consumer orders.

4. Strategic Impact and Growth Outlook

Management expects the AI network to deliver structural cost savings, enhance delivery efficiency and strengthen Armlogi’s competitive positioning as it expands its physical footprint and integrates intelligent software into its logistics services.
