CFO resignation and interim appointment

Armlogi said CFO Sheng-Kai (Scott) Hsu resigned effective Aug. 1, 2026 for personal reasons.

Tong Wu was named interim CFO effective Aug. 1, 2026; he is a director, secretary, and treasurer. Wu co-founded Armstrong Logistic, an operating subsidiary, serving as chief administrative officer since April 2020. He has also worked as a self-employed portfolio manager since January 2015.

The board plans to start a search for a permanent CFO.
