In his new role, Wickersham will oversee ARRAY’s entire technology roadmap, guiding the development and implementation of next-generation solar solutions. His remit spans hardware innovation for tracker systems and software enhancements, including SmartTrack control-based products designed to optimize energy output and mitigate weather risks.
3. Background and Expertise
Wickersham brings nearly 15 years of experience from First Solar, where he most recently served as Head of Solar Module Development, leading cross-functional engineering and materials teams. He holds a B.A. in Physics from Ohio State University, a Ph.D. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara, and completed postdoctoral work in physics and molecular biology at UC Berkeley.
