Second-quarter results and backlog
Array Technologies posted 2Q 2026 revenue of $342.1 million, with net income to common stockholders of $8.4 million, or $0.05 a share.
Gross margin came in at 29.1%; adjusted gross margin (non-GAAP) was 30.8%, with adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) of $63.3 million.
Executed contracts and awarded orders rose 37% year over year to a record $2.5 billion at June 30, with more than $500 million of new orders.
