Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals presents clinical data at American Heart Association Scientific Sessions
ARWR•Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals will present clinical data on Nov. 7, 2026, in Chicago, including first-in-human ARO-DIMER-PA results and analyses of plozasiran in severe hypertriglyceridemia and familial chylomicronemia syndrome.
1. Conference presentations
Oral presentations will feature first-in-human ARO-DIMER-PA data targeting PCSK9 and APOC3 in mixed hyperlipidemia, as well as pooled SHASTA-3 and SHASTA-4 results on plozasiran’s triglyceride lowering and acute pancreatitis risk reduction in severe hypertriglyceridemia. Posters will include three-year plozasiran efficacy and safety data from PALISADE and its open-label extension in familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and an analysis of GLP-1 receptor agonist use and triglyceride reduction with plozasiran.
