1. Delisting risk and timing
Artelo was among roughly 180 Nasdaq issuers initially identified below the $5 million threshold. The SEC cleared the rule on July 22, 2026, but Nasdaq later imposed a temporary stay; Nasdaq filed a proposed change on Oct. 5 to make the rule effective when the stay ends, with comments due Oct. 29.
