Artelo says oral ART27.13 matches semaglutide weight loss in obese mice study

• In diet-induced obese mice, ART27.13 monotherapy cut body weight by about 20% over four weeks, matching semaglutide.
• Combination dosing with semaglutide drove about 40% weight loss, roughly double either treatment alone, reaching lean-animal body weight.
• Weight reduction was mostly fat, about 80% for ART27.13 arms versus about 70% with semaglutide monotherapy.
