Arteris has licensed its FlexNoC 5 interconnect IP to SiEngine Technology for incorporation into next-generation automotive SoCs targeting intelligent cockpit and ADAS applications under a multi-generation extension of their partnership.

FlexNoC 5 provides silicon-proven, physically aware on-chip communication designed to improve data movement, reduce energy consumption, alleviate routing congestion and accelerate timing closure while supporting ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
