Artiva posts updated Phase 2a AlloNK plus rituximab data in refractory rheumatoid arthritis at ACR 2026
ARTV•Artiva Biotherapeutics plans to present updated Phase 2a data for AlloNK plus rituximab at ACR Convergence in November, covering at least 20 refractory rheumatoid arthritis patients with six months of follow-up.
1. Data presentation planned
The updated basket-trial results will include rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren disease and systemic sclerosis cohorts. Posters will highlight clinical responses, B-cell depletion and tolerability; a separate registry analysis will address response rates in heavily pretreated rheumatoid arthritis and the rationale for a Phase 3 trial.
