Arvinas reports Phase 1 Parkinson’s trial data showing ARV-102-linked gains in oculomotor measure
ARVN•Arvinas presented final Phase 1 data on ARV-102 in Parkinson’s disease at the 2026 MDS meeting in Seoul. In a 28-day study of 24 patients, results supported central nervous system exposure, LRRK2 degradation and improved objective eye-movement function, although the study was not designed to assess efficacy.
1. Phase 1 findings
The 28-day study tested oral ARV-102 against placebo in 24 patients with Parkinson’s disease. Results supported central nervous system exposure and LRRK2 degradation, while exploratory analyses linked biomarker reductions with changes in eye-movement measures.
