Ascendis Pharma Q2 FY26 swings to net profit of €207 million; revenue more than doubles to €339 million

Ascendis Pharma posted Q2 2026 revenue of EUR 339 million, more than doubled year over year, with product revenue up 105% to EUR 315 million.
IFRS net profit swung to EUR 207 million, or EUR 2.83 per diluted share, from a loss a year earlier.
IFRS operating profit turned to EUR 220 million, helped by EUR 158 million of other operating income from a PRV sale.
Product revenue and demand trends
YORVIPATH revenue climbed to EUR 252 million, while SKYTROFA generated EUR 55 million; YUVIWEL contributed EUR 8 million.
Management cited strong demand for TransCon products; YUVIWEL topped 220 U.S. patient enrollments through July 31.
