Ascendis says pooled PaTH Forward/PaTHway data show TransCon PTH normalizes bone measures over 5 years in hypoparathyroidism
ASND•Ascendis said a five-year pooled analysis of PaTH Forward and PaTHway data on TransCon PTH in chronic hypoparathyroidism is set to show treated patients reached normalized bone mass and bone microarchitecture. The data are scheduled for presentation at ASBMR 2026.

Ascendis said pooled long-term data on TransCon PTH from the PaTH Forward and PaTHway studies are set to be presented at ASBMR 2026. The five-year analysis is set to show treated patients reached normalized bone mass and bone microarchitecture.

Separate ASBMR posters are scheduled to highlight improved growth, physical functioning and limb alignment in children receiving navepegritide for achondroplasia.
