Ashford Hospitality Trust said it closed the sale of the 220-room Embassy Suites Las Vegas on Sept. 25, 2026, for about $42.7 million in cash net of selling expenses. About $41.2 million of the proceeds went to a mortgage lender. The mortgage loan is secured by seven hotels, including the Embassy Suites Las Vegas.
