With his appointment Ashland expands its board to nine members under its retirement and resignation policy.

Effective May 15, 2026, Ashland’s board welcomed Bertrand Loy, the executive chair and former president and CEO of Entegris, as its newest director. Loy brings leadership experience in advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and high-technology industries.

To anticipate potential retirements under its retirement and resignation policy, Ashland increased its board size to nine members. Loy will join both the audit committee and the governance and nominating committee, strengthening oversight functions.
