AsiaStrategy’s six-month net loss widens as costs offset watch sales rebound
SORA•AsiaStrategy reported a net loss of $648,698 on revenue of $6.12 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Revenue rose 39.5%, but gross margin fell to 2.3% from 4.0% and operating expenses increased 60.3%.
1. Revenue and costs
Revenue increased 39.5% on 10% higher unit volume and a 27% rise in average selling price from a richer product mix. Gross margin declined to 2.3% from 4.0% as higher Swiss franc-denominated purchase costs outweighed pricing benefits, while operating expenses climbed 60.3% to $1.12 million, led by higher professional fees and rent.
2. Other income
Other income was $329,456, driven by $1.26 million in unrealized equity gains and partly offset by $867,554 in digital-asset losses.
