Aspen Group names Jennifer Billingsley president of United States University and Aspen University after Burrus resigns

Aspen Group named Jennifer Billingsley president of United States University and president of Aspen University, effective immediately.
Scott Burrus resigned as president of both universities, effective Sept. 23, 2026.
Billingsley previously served as provost, chief academic officer, dean and professor at USU’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Her earlier roles included Grand Canyon University, including chair of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program.
