Aspira Women’s Health posted Q2 revenue of $2.05 million, down 15% year over year; net loss narrowed to $2.42 million.
Gross profit fell 26% to $1.13 million, driving gross margin down 8.5 percentage points to 55.3%.
Partnership and financing activity
The company entered a Cleveland Clinic Foundation collaboration and license pact; fees total $50,000 in year one, then $25,000 annually.
It also closed a June private placement raising about $1.41 million gross, issuing 3,133,333 shares plus warrants for 4,230,000 shares.
