Richtech Robotics delays quarterly 10-Q filing for period ended June 30, 2026
RR•Late 10-Q filing and extension timing
Richtech Robotics filed a late notice for its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The company said the delay was due to the accounting team needing more time to finalize financial statements, and it expects to file within the SEC’s five-day extension window.
Revenue outlook and impairment charge
Richtech said net revenue is expected to be near $3.9 million for the nine months, compared with $3.6 million a year earlier. Quarterly revenue is expected to be $1.4 million, versus $1.2 million in the prior-year period.
General and administrative expense is expected to include a $9.8 million impairment tied to legacy software intangibles as the company shifts to next-generation AI-native systems.
