Astec names Atkore CEO Bill Waltz to board as independent director
ASTE•Waltz’s background at Atkore and prior roles
Waltz has been president, CEO, and a director at Atkore since 2018; previously led its Electrical Raceway/Electrical Products division.
Earlier roles include chairman and CEO at Strategic Materials; prior experience spans Pentair, General Electric, and Deloitte consulting.
