- Electronic Arts is set to be acquired by Oak-Eagle AcquireCo, formed by a consortium led by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.
- All regulatory approvals needed to complete the deal were in hand as of July 30, 2026.
- Closing is expected on or about the close of trading on Aug. 4, 2026, subject to remaining customary closing conditions.
