Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company Holdings posted Q2 net income attributable to stockholders of $33.5 million, or $0.67 per diluted share, up 89.8% year over year.
Underwriting income climbed 66.9% to $16 million as the combined ratio improved 3 percentage points to 85.9%.
Gross written premiums rose 23.4% to $206.8 million, with casualty up 24.7% to $133.4 million.
The expense ratio narrowed 3.5 percentage points to 27.5% on operating expense leverage and lower net policy acquisition costs.
CEO Justin Cohen cited record production and underwriting profitability, pointing to further efficiency gains from automation and streamlined processes.
