Ategrity Specialty Insurance lifts President and Chief Underwriting Officer Chris Schenk base salary to $750,000

Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company Holdings amended and restated President and Chief Underwriting Officer Chris Schenk’s employment agreement on Sept. 4, 2026.

• Term extended through Dec. 31, 2028; annual base salary raised to $750,000 from $550,000.
• Target annual bonus set at $1.25 million for fiscal 2026; monthly housing allowance set at $4,500.
• Granted non-qualified stock options for 125,658 shares at $27.4 per share; vesting staged over five years from year one and year two.
• Non-renewal by the company triggers eligibility for severance equivalent to termination without cause under the amended agreement.
