Atmos Energy elected James H. Jeffries IV to its board, effective Sept. 1, 2026.

Jeffries is a McGuireWoods partner for eight years, retiring Aug. 31, 2026. He brings more than 30 years advising public and private natural gas utility companies on business and strategy.
