Grande Lakes Orlando acquisition details
Ryman Hospitality Properties outlined a definitive agreement to acquire Grande Lakes Orlando, covering JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, and The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes.
Purchase price is set at USD 1.38 billion, with the deal expected to close in Q3 2026.
The resort totals 1,592 keys and about 320,000 square feet of meeting space, and is positioned to deepen Orlando exposure alongside Gaylord Palms.
