Atmus Filtration Technologies Chief People Officer Renee Swan will resign effective Nov. 11, 2026, to pursue other opportunities; Laura Heltebran will become interim chief people officer.

1. Leadership transition

Swan submitted her resignation notice on Oct. 21, 2026, and her departure did not stem from disagreements over operations, policies or practices. Heltebran will serve as interim chief people officer starting Nov. 11 until a permanent replacement is named.
