ATS•ATS Corporation’s Q4 2026 revenues rose 30.1% to C$747.1 million, with adjusted EBITDA up 5.6% at C$102.5 million and net loss shrinking to C$16.2 million. Fiscal 2026 revenue grew 17.4% to C$2.97 billion, delivering C$71.7 million net income versus a C$28 million loss, with order backlog at C$1.96 billion.
1. Q4 Financial Performance
ATS reported Q4 2026 revenues of C$747.1 million, a 30.1% increase from C$574.2 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose 5.6% to C$102.5 million, while net loss narrowed to C$16.2 million, or C$0.16 per share, compared with a C$68.9 million loss a year ago.
2. Full-Year Fiscal 2026 Results
For fiscal 2026, total revenue climbed 17.4% to C$2.97 billion, driving net income of C$71.7 million, or C$0.73 per share, versus a C$28.0 million loss in fiscal 2025. Adjusted EBITDA increased 12.0% to C$413.0 million and adjusted EPS rose 15.0% to C$1.69.
3. Order Bookings and Backlog
Order bookings in Q4 fell 18.4% to C$704 million and year-end backlog dipped 8.5% to C$1.96 billion. Consumer products and energy markets saw double-digit organic growth, while transportation and life sciences bookings declined.
4. Strategic Restructuring and Outlook
Management has begun restructuring its transportation-related businesses, consolidating operations and right-sizing facilities to focus on higher-return automation applications. These actions aim to improve cost structure, drive margin expansion, enhance free cash flow and support disciplined capital deployment in fiscal 2027.
