AT&T has extended its AT&T Guarantee to cover nearly 50 million additional U.S. households by adding AT&T Internet Air over its 5G network. Customers combining AT&T Fiber and postpaid wireless plans will receive free Internet Backup service, with automatic daily service credits for outages exceeding 20 minutes.

Subscribers with both AT&T Fiber and an eligible postpaid wireless plan now receive free Internet Backup, which kicks in automatically during fiber outages. Any Internet Air outage lasting more than 20 minutes also triggers a one-day service credit, with additional daily credits for longer disruptions.
