Auddia canceled its Oct. 7 special shareholder meeting on the proposed merger with Thramann Holdings. About 89% of votes cast supported the deal, but that was short of the majority of outstanding shares required under Delaware law; proxy advisers indicated too few additional shareholders could be reached using the Aug. 3 record date. The company plans to set a new record date and reschedule the meeting after updating shareholders on LT350’s AI infrastructure strategy.
