Auddia Engages Fresh Consulting for LT350 Canopy Engineering, Aiming 18-Month Pilot
AUUD•Auddia has signed a Phase 1 statement of work with Fresh Consulting to engineer its LT350 solar parking lot canopy, covering GPU integration, power storage and thermal design for a distributed AI datacenter. The company targets its first operational pilot within 18 months of closing the Thramann business combination.
1. Phase 1 Engineering Agreement
Auddia has executed a definitive Phase 1 statement of work with Fresh Consulting to begin detailed engineering of the LT350 modular canopy. This engagement covers thermal management, power‐sovereign architecture, battery energy storage, liquid cooling and GPU/CPU server cartridge integration to validate feasibility and system design.
2. LT350 Modular AI Canopy Platform
LT350’s patented solar parking lot canopy transforms underutilized parking lots into distributed edge datacenters by integrating solar inverters, battery storage and GPU cartridges into a modular ceiling. The platform holds 13 issued, one allowed and two pending patents, and aims to deliver its first operational pilot within 18 months of transaction close.
3. Merger to Form McCarthy Finney
Auddia’s business combination with Thramann Holdings will fold LT350, Influence Healthcare and Voyex into McCarthy Finney, an AI native operating company. Upon closing, Auddia will rebrand as McCarthy Finney and trade under a new ticker, leveraging the combined portfolio to build distributed AI and Web3 services.
