Powerus completed its merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings, effective Oct. 1, 2026. Powerus merged into a newly formed AGH subsidiary and remained the surviving entity; AGH was renamed Powerus Corporation. Shares continue trading on Nasdaq under the unchanged symbol PUSA.
