Aureus Greenway’s Powerus unit partners with Gulf defense manufacturer for Guardian counter-UAS production

The SEC declared effective AGH’s Form S-4 for its proposed combination with Powerus on Aug. 12, 2026, with closing targeted for Q4 2026.

AGH also changed its Nasdaq ticker to PUSA ahead of the planned transaction.

Under the arrangement, Powerus retains design, engineering and technical standards oversight, while the regional partner provides in-region manufacturing capacity.

Aureus Greenway’s Powerus unit has entered a multi-year manufacturing partnership with a Gulf-region defense manufacturer to produce Powerus’ Guardian counter-UAS interceptors.

Regional production is intended to support shorter delivery timelines for allied customers compared with shipping completed systems from the U.S.
