Szoke has 35+ years in security, identity access management, and SaaS; he rejoined in March 2023 and previously held multiple executive roles.
Rhoniel A. Daguro will step down as CEO effective Sept. 4, 2026.
Daguro was appointed chairman effective immediately; he will remain on the board.
