Cincinnati Financial chief claims officer Schambow to retire in January 2027

Cincinnati Financial’s chief claims officer, Marc Schambow, will retire in January 2027.

Todd McMillan will take executive responsibility for headquarters and field claims teams; he most recently led liability claims at Safety National.

McMillan previously served as staff counsel for GEICO.

He joined The Hartford in 2003, holding a series of claims leadership roles.

Executive oversight of claims operations will shift to chief legal officer Thomas Hogan.
