Autolus to present up to 20-month follow-up data from Phase 1 CARLYSLE lupus trial at ACR Convergence 2026
AUTL•Autolus Therapeutics plans to present follow-up data from its Phase 1 CARLYSLE trial of obe-cel in severe refractory systemic lupus erythematosus at a poster session on Nov. 10, with adult follow-up extending up to 20 months and early follow-up in adolescents.

Autolus Therapeutics said longer-term follow-up data from its Phase 1 CARLYSLE trial of obe-cel in severe refractory systemic lupus erythematosus are slated for a poster session at ACR Convergence 2026 on Nov. 10. The update extends adult follow-up to as long as 20 months and includes early follow-up in adolescents; the results have not yet been presented.
