Autonomix Medical announces annual shareholder meeting

Autonomix Medical will hold its annual shareholder meeting in The Woodlands, Texas, on Oct. 29, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing five director nominees to the board.
Ballots also cover auditor ratification, authorization for a reverse stock split at a 1-for-2 to 1-for-25 ratio.
Another proposal seeks approval of an amended and restated 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, including a larger share reserve.
