Avidbank Holdings appointed Jonathan M. Dale as president of the bank and the company, effective Aug. 3, 2026.
Dale most recently worked at Umpqua Bank from 2016 to 2025, ending as EVP and California regional executive with P&L responsibility.
He previously led Umpqua’s Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, overseeing regional operations and expansion into Utah and Colorado.
Earlier roles included positions at California Bank & Trust, Washington Mutual Bank, and several senior posts at Umpqua.
