Avient names Mike Frank CEO, Richard Fearon becomes non-executive chairman
AVNT•Avient named Mike Frank president and CEO, effective immediately, replacing Ashish K. Khandpur, who will serve in an advisory role through Dec. 31, 2026. Lead independent director Richard H. Fearon became non-executive chairman.
1. Leadership changes
Frank previously led UPL as CEO from 2022 and spent 25 years at Monsanto, most recently as global chief commercial officer. He also served as CEO of Nutrien Ag Solutions, where he led a major transformation initiative.
