Awayday secures Warburg Pincus investment as Ares, LightBay retain control
ARES•Awayday closed a significant investment from Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions Founders Fund, while Ares and LightBay remain controlling shareholders. The terms were not disclosed, and proceeds will fund capital returns to existing equity holders.

Awayday closed a significant investment from Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions Founders Fund. Ares Private Equity and LightBay Capital remain controlling shareholders, and proceeds are earmarked for capital returns to existing equity holders, including Ares, LightBay and rollover equity partners.
2. Rental operations
Awayday manages more than 18,000 U.S. vacation rental properties through local brands and has more than 1,800 employees.
