Axe Compute’s $260 million agreement covers a 36-month term to deliver a dedicated cluster of 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and AI-focused high-speed storage in a U.S. Tier 3 data center, supported by 4.8 MW of dedicated power and N+1 redundancy.
2. Payment and Build Progress
The company received a $43 million initial cash milestone, confirming that system architecture, hardware financing and data center preparations are underway and on track for go-live in Q3 2026, with monthly billing set to commence upon deployment.
3. Financial Impact
At cluster go-live Axe Compute expects approximately $21 million in quarterly revenue and immediate cash flows under its take-or-pay, prepaid model, with revenue recognized ratably over the service period.
4. Program Validation and Pipeline
This first contracted deployment validates Axe Compute’s build program as a repeatable, balance-sheet-carried financing model that removes CapEx burdens for enterprise customers, bolstering a growing pipeline of similar large-scale AI infrastructure prospects.
