1. Landmark $260M GPU Deal
Axe Compute closed its largest contract ever, a $260 million, 36-month agreement for 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs with 4.8 megawatts of dedicated power. This deal is projected to generate $21 million in revenue each quarter, solidifying the company’s flexible model for enterprise GPU deployments.
2. Q1 2026 Results and Financials
In Q1 2026, Axe Compute reported a net loss of $7.7 million on just $35,000 in revenue, down from $110,000 a year earlier, driven by reduced legacy drug discovery sales. Operating expenses rose to $3.5 million, including severance costs, and cash and equivalents declined by $3.9 million, partly due to a $4.3 million noncash digital asset mark-to-market loss.
3. Growth Pipeline and Executive Transition
The company has built a $4.3 billion pipeline of potential contracts across global data centers, positioning it for future scale. A leadership transition installed a new CEO and CFO with deep industry experience, aiming to steer Axe Compute through this high-growth phase.
