1. Year-End Bookings and Conversion Outlook
Axon reported $14.4 billion in bookings as of year-end and expects 20–25% to convert into revenue in the following year, reflecting consistency over the past four years. The company has extended average contract durations to roughly 10 years and maintains a target of reaching $6 billion in annual revenue by 2028.
2. AI Era Plan and New Product Adoption
The AI Era Plan, launched one year ago, generated $750 million in bookings for new AI products, while total new product bookings topped $1 billion, driven by tools such as Fusus and real-time operations software. Management highlighted that broader AI demand is emerging alongside core state and local solutions.
3. International and Market Segment Growth
Axon achieved over $1 billion in international bookings for 2025 and noted strong acceleration in the corrections segment, which drove some of its largest deals. Federal growth was tempered by funding uncertainty, while early traction was seen in enterprise and drone solutions.
4. 9-1-1 Workflow Expansion and Data Strategy
Expansion into 9-1-1 workflows via the Prepared and Carbyne acquisitions aims to build a public safety sensor network combining body, fleet and ALPR cameras with AI overlays, under a privacy-centric data framework. This approach is intended to streamline dispatch workflows and future-proof access to emerging AI capabilities.
