AXT appointed Jia-Bin Duh to its board, effective July 16, 2026, and expanded the board to six directors from five.
Duh brings more than 30 years of executive and investor experience across technology and consumer sectors, with a focus on Greater China operations.
He is a director at Primax Electronics since 2021, serving as chairman and CEO in 2023-2024.
Duh previously led China businesses at Cisco Systems and Microsoft, including roles as president of Cisco Systems China and Microsoft China.
