AXT lowers shareholder meeting quorum requirement to 33.33% from majority

AXT amended its bylaws on July 26, 2026, cutting the shareholder meeting quorum requirement to 33.33% of voting shares.
The change lowers the prior quorum threshold from a majority of shares entitled to vote.
The amendment took effect immediately.
