AZIO AI added Andrew Omori, Partner and Head of Fund Strategy at Andreessen Horowitz, to its Board Advisory Team on May 28, 2026, strengthening leadership ahead of its definitive merger agreement with Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. His role will contribute to execution of capital strategy and infrastructure scaling.
2. Omori’s Background and Track Record
Mr. Omori established Andreessen Horowitz’s Fund Strategy function and led capital allocation, financial modeling and internal AI systems initiatives. He has over twenty years of experience in technology investment banking and advisory, including M&A and IPO transactions for firms such as Snap, Alteryx and GoDaddy.
3. Merger Execution and Strategic Impact
Omori’s expertise will support scaling of GPU deployments, oversee ongoing NVIDIA B200 hardware deliveries and modular AI data center build-out with behind-the-meter power. He will also advise on converting customer deposits, preparing institutional capital structures and executing M&A and fundraising strategies for the combined AZIO AI and Envirotech Vehicles platform as it approaches closing.
